Siva Billing is run by Sivaraman, an independent freelancer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We work online: demos, support and consultations are all held by video call, phone and email, so we can serve customers anywhere in India. We make billing software with barcode support for shops and small businesses in India.
Many small businesses still write bills by hand or type every item. Our software lets you scan a barcode, generate an invoice, share it with the customer and keep your stock and reports up to date — without complicated setup.
Who we are
All products and services on this website are provided personally by Sivaraman as an individual freelancer (not a company). You deal directly with the person who builds, hosts and supports your software.
What the software does
- A Windows desktop app (.exe) for fast billing at the counter, with optional barcode scanning
- Staff logins with role-based permissions
- Printable and PDF invoices: 80 mm receipts for thermal printers, and any other printer your computer can use
- Sharing bills by email and WhatsApp
- Stock tracking and shared products across several counters
- A web dashboard with centralised sales and stock reports, accessible from any browser
