Free trial
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No card and no payment are needed to start. You are only charged if you choose to authorise AutoPay. If you do nothing, your account pauses by itself when the trial ends and nothing is charged. Your data is kept so you can continue later.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Plan & billing → Cancel AutoPay). You can also email mail@sivabilling.in. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Consultation, custom development and hosting
Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Custom development is billed in milestones as agreed in the written quote; completed milestones are non-refundable, and unstarted milestones are refundable. Backend hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time for the next billing period.
Non-refundable
Payments after the first 7 days, and renewals already used, are not refundable except where required by law.
