Who provides the services
All services are provided by Sivaraman, an individual freelancer (the “Provider”), not by a registered company.
Service
Sivaraman (Individual / Freelancer) provides billing software with barcode support, including a Windows desktop application (.exe) and a web dashboard, on a subscription basis, plus consultation, custom development and backend hosting support as described on our Pricing page. Features and plans may change with notice. The software works without a barcode scanner or receipt printer. We do not sell, supply or support any printers, scanners or other hardware; if you choose to use your own, it is your responsibility.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No card and no payment are needed to start. You are only charged if you choose to authorise AutoPay. If you do nothing, your account pauses by itself when the trial ends and nothing is charged. Your data is kept so you can continue later.
Subscription and payments
Enterprise plans are priced by written quote and governed by the agreement for that customer. Other plans are billed per month in INR and processed securely through Razorpay.
AutoPay (recurring payments)
Recurring plans are billed automatically through Razorpay AutoPay. You authorise once, can cancel any time from your dashboard, and are notified by your bank before each charge. Full details are on the AutoPay & Recurring Payments page.
Backend hosting and support
Hosting is provided with reasonable-effort availability; planned maintenance is announced where possible. Backups are kept for a limited period and you should keep your own copies of critical data. Hosting is billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled any time; service continues until the end of the paid period.
Custom development
Custom projects are governed by the written quote or agreement for that project, including scope, milestones and ownership of deliverables.
Software licence
The desktop application and web dashboard are licensed, not sold. Your licence is for your own business use while your subscription is active, and may not be copied, resold or shared outside your business.
Staff accounts
The account owner may create staff logins and assign permissions, and is responsible for their staff, for keeping passwords secure and for removing access when a person leaves.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for keeping your login details safe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the software or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend a service that violates these rules.

Disclaimer and liability
Information on this website is provided in good faith and screenshots or previews may be illustrative. The software is provided as is; our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
